ABOUT AUTUMN
Professionally known by her stage name, Autumn T. Dang, is an Asian-Canadian actor, singer, and writer based in the cultural hub of Vancouver, British Columbia. Autumn's academic pursuits initially led her down a path of diplomacy, graduating with a focus on International Relations and East Asian Language Studies. However, the call of the performing arts proved irresistible, prompting her transition into the world of acting in her 20s.
Her ascent in the industry began with rigorous training at the esteemed Company of Rogues Acting Studio, where she graduated from the Master Class program in 2015. From there, she honed her craft at renowned institutions including the Toronto Acting Academy for Film & TV (w/Christina Collins), the Stella Adler Studio of Acting (w/Dayle Towarnicky and Patrick Quagliano), The Annex Acting Studio (w/Frank Kruger), and most recently, the Armstrong Acting Studio (w/Lara Jean Chorostecki). Each experience deepened her understanding of the craft and fortified her commitment to artistic expression.
Autumn's career trajectory reflects her versatility and dedication, from early appearances in student films and local community theater productions to commanding roles in professional network studio productions. Her performances are characterized by a rare blend of vulnerability, authenticity, and emotional depth, leaving an indelible impression on audiences and critics alike.
Beyond her accomplishments on stage and screen, Autumn's creative endeavors extend to the realm of writing, where she has distinguished herself as a talent to watch. Her work on the internationally acclaimed web series, Strings Attached, has garnered widespread acclaim, earning her multiple nominations and awards, including Best Dramedy and Best International Web Series at the prestigious 2022 Seoul Webfest.
But Autumn's talents don't stop there. As a member of the vocal performance group Revv52, she has graced legendary stages, including a sold-out performance at Carnegie Hall as part of DCINY's Total Vocal Festival. Her collaborations with musical luminaries such as Emmylou Harris, Sass Jordan, and Ellis Hall further underscore her versatility and magnetic presence.
